Gentle Yoga Flow and Feel

Thursdays 12 noon - 12.40pm

Venue: Keynsham Scout Hut

Yoga Flow and Feel is all about rinsing away the day and reconnecting with yourself. We incorporate elements of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Yoga Nidra to leave you feeling cleansed and calm. The body will strengthen, create heat and space, as well as stretch and relax in perfect balance. The majority of this class is movement and breathwork. We close with a guided meditation.

Gentle Yoga follows the same principles as Yoga Flow and Feel, but is a physically gentler practice, which moves deeply in mind and emotions.

 Please note, if you are unable to get up and down from the floor you might find this class challenging as we practise a lot of floorwork. Feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss this.
