Our signature class. SYD Fusion takes the alignment principles and mindfulness of yoga, and blends it with the freedom and expression of dance. We will warm up with a blend of dance and yoga, then move onto learning choreography inspired by yoga philosophy; this is a non-jugdemental class, at an open level - having fun and trying new things is encouraged! If you have expertise from other practices or styles, this is the perfect place to experiment and go deeper. We will finish with a stretch and relaxation.

Is it right for me?
These classes will involve some floor work-based exercises, so you need to be comfortable with getting down and up from the floor. I will offer a variety of options to suit the people in each class.
Should I book a block?
Yes, we learn the same piece of choreography for each block, which is why one-off sessions are not available in this class.
